Back 4 Good – Your future in Canada – is working with a leading biotechnology organisation in Winnipeg that is expanding rapidly and seeking to appoint a number of experienced HR Managers to lead strategic and operational HR functions across multiple divisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead HR policy implementation and compliance across business units
• Oversee full-cycle recruitment, retention, and talent development programmes
• Drive organisational change initiatives and workforce planning
• Manage employee relations, performance management, and engagement strategies
• Ensure adherence to employment laws, health & safety standards, and ethical practices
• Partner with leadership to foster an inclusive and high-performance culture

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or related discipline (CIPD or CHRP designation preferred)
• Minimum 5 years’ HR management experience, ideally in life sciences, tech, or high-growth sectors
• Strong knowledge of Canadian labour law and HR best practices
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and strategic planning skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, innovation-led environment
